Exchange and Refund Policy
※ In case of exchange or refund due to simple change of mind ※
- Limited to unopened products.
- It is not possible to open the product or if the product value is damaged.
- It is only processed within 7 days (including weekends) from the date of receipt.
- Unavailable after 7 days, even if it is due to a specific constitution or chronic disease
- It will proceed after deducting 6,000 won for the return shipping fee. (An additional 12,000 won in Jeju and mountainous areas)
- If you send the product without prior application, it may be returned.
